Not just Uno, Uno Attack ; )

When Ben and I met I didn't have TV. I couldn't afford it. When we got married we decided that we'd rather not have television because we both are addicted to it and we'd rather spend time with each other. We have a ton of movies and I, of course, have "Friends" on DVD. When the boys come over we work really hard at keeping the TV off. Instead we play games. Our kids are over at our house on Thursday nights for a couple of hours and we spend our time around the living room table with whatever game is their favorite that week. Ben's parents and brother came down and we played Uno Attack (not just uno, uno attack!). It makes my heart happy that the boys would rather sit and spend time with all of us than sit with their mouths hanging open at the TV.
