Traditionally the Kings don't get a first haircut until their first birthday. We just couldn't make it another six months. He was born with really long, dark hair and it had all fallen out and grown in lighter except for one little patch of hair at the back of his head. It was really long and would comb forward and it made his hair look weird. After Mother's Day dinner we went back to my mom's and she cut it off so I could put it in his baby book. What a big boy.
