When I was growing up I wasn't allowed to listen to the music my friends were. I didn't understand and thought my parents were old fashioned and didn't understand youth. NOW I know that they understood the biblical concept of what we fill our minds with makes us who we are. They wanted us to be people who love and honor the Lord and I am so grateful for that. I listened to Michael Card a lot. He was one of my favorite artists. The christian radio station was giving away tickets. I called in and won just like that. I told the girl on the phone that I wanted to take my mom and she thought that was so cute she couldn't resist giving it to us. What a time we had! We were in the front row, just feet away from him. It was an amazing time of worship and preparing our hearts for this coming Easter Season. After that we went out to eat.
